Combis' goal is to be with the customer during the whole informational process, from planning through implementation and maintenance, to equipment disposal and management. Hence, Combis provides to its customers the possibility to elect between different support models, according to their needs.

It is important to emphasise that over 100 highly professional Combis employees are assigned to maintenance services, systems and applications, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
 
With nine locations in Croatia (Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Split, Rijeka, Osijek, Zadar, Pula, Varaždin, Novigrad), Combis has secured a business network that can accesses any location in Croatia within an hour. By establishing the headquarters in Sarajevo and service centres in Banja Luka and Mostar, Combis spreads the performance area on the region achieving prompt access on locations in the region as well.

Combis has established business function Service Desk as a central place for communication with the customers, in order to simplify and improve direct contacts with them. By calling the Service Desk in any moment the information about the problem status that user is facing or information about any other service, product and Combis solution are available.

New technologies introduced to Service Desk are IP Contact Centre and Central Application System for reception and application evidence, proposals and demands. Within tested technologies and well known Combis solutions – ComContact and ComDesk, speech and data technologies are integrated. In this way Combis is able to unite different sorts of user approach: telephone, fax, web, e-mail, SMS and personal direct contact.

In the division are operating experts that are available 24 hours per day, 365 days in a year.
