Classic Maintenance

Within the scope of maintenance contracts, we offer:

  • Incident Management

An incident is any event that is not a standard part of equipment operation and that may cause disruption or impairment of quality of service. The goal is to restore normal operation of the service as soon as possible with as little impact on the customers' business operations, at acceptable costs. COMBIS offers an elaborated incident management application system that enables incident reporting via phone, e-mail or web template.

  • Reactive Support

Reactive support means intervention upon call of the user. COMBIS experts will remove the fault by providing advice, instructions via phone or remote access to the system, and if necessary, by on-the-spot-support, in order to remove the fault in time and in accordance with contractual obligations.

  • Proactive Support

COMBIS attaches great importance to proactive system maintenance, in which we apply the best practices of the equipment or program solution manufacturers in our portfolio. We monitor the performance and the overall soundness of the information system; we regularly apply patches recommended by equipment or program solution manufacturers in a timely manner and notify users about new versions of the system maintained by us.

  • Consulting Services

Within the scope of maintenance, COMBIS also offers consulting services aiming to improve existing systems.

  • Expert Workshops

In agreement with the customer we are prepared to provide additional customer education, aiming to improve internal knowledge about the systems used by the customer.

  • Quick Response Over the Entire Territory of the Republic of Croatia

In addition to the central location in Zagreb, COMBIS has eight branches (Dubrovnik, Split, Zadar, Rijeka, Varaždin, Osijek, Novigrad/Umag and Pula). We are able to promptly reach any location on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

  • Documents on the Entire IT System and Subsequent Changes

When taking over maintenance, COMBIS will analyze the users’ systems. Based on such analysis, it will prepare detailed technical documents on the system. Much importance is attached to the continuous updating of technical documents.

In addition to classic maintenance, COMBIS also offers Platinum Support, a comprehensive high-quality maintenance service, with a focus on service customized to the needs of users on the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia. In addition, if required we can arrange a model adjusted to your IT system, if the components involved are not included in the standard maintenance package.
